Spider veins can be cured by laser and sclerotherapy as you mentioned and I am afraid there is no other way of treatment found to be effective right now. Ayway try to keep using surgical support host, which gives leg compression. This will help somehow but it is also qadvised this being used with any other treatment for the spider veins.
