the best smartphones are PDA which stands for personal digital assistant which is basically what it does its like a secretary telling you what appoints you have.. etc. all in one.

different smart phones have different applications so they might not have all the programs a mentioned. some have only some of the programs, some have only email and internet. catch my drift

I am guessing here....but I think it is a cell phone basically used to give your younger kids a phone only to call your cell, to keep connected, and the phone cannot call outside any other number. I think it's that new phone that is for children that are 4 years old and it cost about 90.00 a month for the service ,it's to detect where your kid is at at all time's. I might be wrong .
