you can't get high on tylenol, it won't give you a buzz or anything, but if you take enough it'll damage your liver and you'll die. Not a fun, hallucinating death either.

tylenol will not get you high, no matter how much of it you take. However, if you take to much tylenol, and this is true call any doctor and ask. If you take to much tylenol it can cause serious liver damage, and can also give you diseases such as hepititis, and johndas. Tylenol with codene, which you can only get with a prescripton can make you feel high. You can only get that with a prescription though, and it is not a good idea to take it to< "get high", because then later on in life if you ever need it to kill pain after a major surgery or something, it will not work for you because you will already have an immunity built up to it, so it will not help with your pain at all. Smoking oregano can get you high.

When I was younger it was "Corisidin Cough and Cold" medicine. You would take eight pills and it did get you high. I guess you just take X amount of Tylenol capsules and you get high off of that too. It has to do with the active ingredient in cold medicine.
**I wanted to add...as a kid, I never did it but, my husband did. I don't recommend it or any other drug. Get high on life instead!**

No... I don't think you can get high on tylenol, usually the only pain meds you can get "high" on are opiates but, those are prescription. Not to mention, too much tylenol can kill you.
Besides, most kids I know are getting high off sharpies and cough syrup.

no, you cannot get high off of Tylenol, or Acetaminophen, if you take too much, you can get very sick and it might kill you. Here is a reference.
OVERDOSE
Signs And Symptoms: In acute acetaminophen overdosage, dose-dependent, potentially fatal hepatic necrosis is the most serious adverse effect. Renal tubular necrosis, hypoglycemic coma and thrombocytopenia may also occur.
In adults, hepatic toxicity has rarely been reported with acute overdoses of less than 10 grams and fatalities with less than 15 grams. Importantly, young children seem to be more resistant than adults to the hepatotoxic effect of an acetaminophen overdose. Despite this, the measures outlined below should be initiated in any adult or child suspected of having ingested an acetaminophen overdose.
Early symptoms following a potentially hepatotoxic overdose may include: nausea vomiting, diaphoresis and general malaise. Clinical and laboratory evidence of hepatic toxicity may not be apparent until 48 to 72 hours post-ingestion.
Treatment: The stomach should be emptied promptly by lavage or by induction of emesis with syrup of ipecac. Patients' estimates of the quantity of a drug ingested are notoriously unreliable. Therefore, if an acetaminophen overdose is suspected, a serum acetaminophen assay should be obtained as early as possible, but no sooner than four hours following ingestion. Liver function studies should be obtained initially and repeated at 24-hour intervals.
The antidote, N-acetylcysteine, should be administered as early as possible, preferably within 16 hours of the overdose ingestion for optimal results, but in any case, within 24 hours. Following recovery, there are no residual, structural or functional hepatic abnormalities.
For additional emergency information, call your regional poison center or call the Rocky Mountain Poison Center toll-free (1-800-525-6115).
ALCOHOL INFORMATION
Chronic heavy alcohol abusers may be at increased risk of liver toxicity from excessive acetaminophen use, although reports of this event are rare. Reports almost invariably involve cases of severe chronic alcoholics and the dosages of acetaminophen most often exceed recommended doses and often involve substantial overdose. Professionals should alert their patients who regularly consume large amounts of alcohol not to exceed recommended doses of acetaminophen.
All of this information can be found on http://www.rxlist.com
So, please don't take it....it's not fun and/or worth it

Teens do not need to get high. No you cannot get high on Tylenol. You can cause yourself some very serious health problems by taking too much. It causes liver problems for one and severe metabolic problems for 2. Please do not try this.

You can become dependent on tylenol, but I don't think it has any kind of pleasuring effects.

Ok if I tell you, you better not go and do this. Ok you get some tylenol and crush it up. The you put it under you fingernails and after a while you start to get high. Or sometimes you sniff it.
