it sounds like you have wet tail. i wouldn't recommend using any human medicine on him. the only thing i can tell you is to keep is eye cleaned with warm water. if you can brave it enough do the same with his rear. make sure there is no body fluids leaking out. keep a close eye on him/her. make sure she doesn't get dehydrated.
if you can get some plain pedalyte put some in his water bottle to help fight off dehydration and possible wet tail.
the eye could be conjunctivitis.
if he keeps having bedding stinking to his bottom clean that out and put paper towels in his cage. keeps the cage cleaner and his/herself clean too.
most important make sure he is eating and drinking and staying active. if starts to become lethargic keep a close watch on him/her. make sure he stays warm if cold. you may have to hold him or find some heat source. do not use a heating pad. too much for his small body. hamster can dehydrate within 20 minutes. keep water in him.
MOST IMPORTANT: TAKE TO VET FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!

Your hamster does need to see a Vet soon the symptoms are those of "WET TAIL" keep the hamster dry and clean his bottom with a damp cloth then dry it well. Good Luck.
PS If people don't have an honest helpful answer they should not type an answer at all.

He probably has wet tail. I would go to the pet store and get him some wet tail drop and give them to him. Unforutnately, once a hamster get sick, the chance of them making it are slim.

You can legal own a dwarf? That is so cool. Ever since I seen Kid Rock with little Joe C. I wanted one. Then Big & Rich had one in their show.
if you don't mind me asking where did you get it from? Can you buy one so I can have my own little mini Acidcrap? Or do you have to dress them up yourself?
