I recently got married and have not been able to have intercourse with my husband because of the pain. It has been three weeks now and we have used lubricant and tried many times, but I feel a burning sensation and pain as soon as he touches me. Is this normal? What can I do? Did it hurt as much for you (women only)? Please help! It's very important to me! THANKS! :-)

I lost my virginity at a young age and the first two times it actually did hurt. They hymen finally broke the second time, after that there was no pain.
I would say you should seperate the times you have sex about a week apart (not forever, just until the hymen breaks). Have sex one day this week and wait till the same day the next week and try it again. By this time, the hymen should break and intercouse should become pleasurable rather then painful for you.
IF burning and pain continues, see a GYNO because you could have a UTI or another type of infection down there that you're not aware of.

Well, If he don't know how to prepare you for that Big Thing, it
definitely hurts you so bad. But if he starts the petting and kissing and whispering some words of love you will never feel any pain, but a heavenly feeling instead. Try to ask him not to hurry.

hi, my honest opinion - it's all in your mentality. Maybe you were too nervous while doing it, so u didn't get wet enuff. It takes time, your hubby has to know how to calm u first. He got to rub u down there. Also, try placing your fingers at the entrance and sort of 'open up' for easier entry of the penis. But trust me, once he gets it in, it'll be fine. Best to use our original lubricant..Try to relax and enjoy the ride..

well, u might want to go to your gyn! It could be the lubricant u use. I only had the usual virgin pain. The after affects are what hurt to me. Make sure you just go to ur doctor and make sure u are not allergic to the lubricant u are using

No, that is not normal. You need to see a doctor. I could speculate as to what might be wrong but I think you would be better off getting medical advice first hand.

You need to make an appointment with a gyn doctor and be evaluated. It should not be that way.

It's probably psychological. Talk to your doctor about it to make sure you don't have a physical problem, and take it from there.
