since woman tend to be better when it comes to diet and exercise ....please help me lose more than 20 pounds by december first......or at least the maximum amount by december first wut can i do...........will drinking more water and sleeping more help me out????

Oh yes! Drink more water, sleep like Topsy, and eat nothing white (sugar, pasta, bread, flour, rice, etc.) You should lose 20 lbs. in no time.

Also, walk 30 minutes a day, as fast as you can.

Exercise. Take a walk in a park or if you prefer to stay indoors hit the local mall and do laps there. Aerobics are key and be sure to get the bulk of your food from cereals/grains, fruits, veggies, and lean meats. Limit sweets and empty calories. Drink lots of water, at least 8 cups a day. If you are the type that eats when bored, when you feel the urge to eat drink a glass of water and find something to do for 15 minutes. Just stay active and eat right.

NO. diet yourself, if not exercise a lot for you to perspire. always check your weight, have it monitored daily for you to keep yourself disciplined.
