I'd say Bin Laden's sleeper cell buddies took care of 9/11, but we didn't do a whole lot to stop it, even though the 9/11 report says we knew who they were before the fact.

NO, any idea of that has been easily disproved. Others ideas are so silly they were not even worth addressing.
Planes, real planes with people that many of us knew were on those planes and they crashed into those buildings, killing them.
People who spout all this hoax info is doing them a great disgrace. They should be ashamed of thierself for taking the lives of those people for granted

I think it's best to think for yourself in this case... I seriously would not sit around listening to conspiracies and believing them, though they are good for a laugh once in a while.
