Go to http://office.microsoft.com and you can download tons of free templates. I know there's at least one that's a meeting agenda. You take their template and personalize it with the info about your meeting: company name, topics, etc. Tons of good stuff for Microsoft Office there!

You can't! The person facilitating the meeting has to do that! Every meeting is unique; there's no downloadable pro-forma for that.
