The majority of parents who cannot seem to raise their children with morals and values. Seems more and more children just don't understand how to behave and respect others. Parents are trying too hard to be their childrens' friends, and not really teaching them values in life.
I do not believe that race or religion is a factor. This is a general observation. I have a 20 yr old son, and I know that a lot of his friends just dont have as much respect as my generation did. I also see even younger children who can boss their parents around. Kids who have cell phones and laptops at the age of 10 yrs old. Kids who are becoming obese because their parents don't get them involved in extra curricular activies and those who have no respect for their own things because mom and dad will just buy them another if it breaks or gets stolen, etc.

I try not to worry as it really is a waste of time.
My biggest CONCERN however, is the apathy of North American and European young people - their disrespect and apparent lack of concern for affairs of the world.... that and the burgeoning Chinese population - the biggest communist country in the world with a current army of over 1000000.

I wonder what our kids will be like. I see so many spoiled kids that disrespect their parents, its unreal. I also see kids who are allowed to do too much too young. I just wonder how much responsibility they will be able to handle as adults.
