We're only aware of a tiny portion of what we're actually doing at any given time. Heartbeat, breathing and digestion aside, the most frequent thing I'm unaware of is the details of my daily drive to the office. I remember getting in the car, and I am aware that I am driving, but if I am asked if I stopped to look at the stadium, or other landmarks on the way, I couldn't tell you.

way too often. If I had a dollar for every time I did it, Well, the money would be worthless and we would have to find a new currency because I do it that often.

Too often.
Most of the time i want to swallow my toungue or cut my head open just to make sure i've got a working brain.
But i'm working on the whole "think before you speak" process.

always.especially, being a female,we tend to follow our heart more than our mind.thus, we end up saying something sincerely form our heart but without thought of the consequences.for example, hurting another heart.
