Well you can chart your ovulation, check you cervix position, Check you temp, Watch you mucus changes. God set things in a specific order when He created us.
Try thinking of life as a book...
Sex belongs between the chapters titled "MARRIAGE" and "LIFE TOGETHER."
Children may be in there, too... It's up to Him...

I believe tracking your temperature can help you narrow down the days where you are most likely to conceive. Check with your OB/GYN for other options.
