Well, it depends on the girl. Unless you are a Christian or something most people have casual sex at one point in their lives. In this case, it really doesn't matter because there aren't any expectations for the relationship other than sex.
For me, I've been dating a guy that has nothing of what you said above. However, we have been dating for a year. Luckily his parents are cool and don't mind me coming over. I admit I don't feel good about our relationship because he isn't independent and can't support himself. But that doesn't mean I can't have a relationship with him. He is an intelligent, handsome, funny, compassionate, and wonderful guy. He is greatly imperfect, but who is. He and I are not looking to get married nor have any kids so it isn't really an issue.
Having sex with him is just fine because his parents give him freedom. If your parents are up your butt then this will present a problem for a relationship. One of the reasons why I left my first relationship is because I couldn't stand his mother and she was always up our butts. HE was a mama's boy.
But your not Necessarily a mama's boy just because you still live at home. Like I said, it depends on the expectations and the person.

Before a young woman has sex or gets married she needs to think of many things. Among these are !) Are you ready to be a parent? 2) Can you support yourself 3) Is your young man ready to be a parent 4) Is he capable of supporting himself 5) Is this someone you will love and respect for the rest of your life. If you answer no to even one of these questions this is not the right person and not the right time.

Why would you want to have sex with a bum? Yes wait until you fine a decent guy that is responsible. Personally I prefer to wait for marriage.

yes of course she should find a decent guy who is independent of his own because only such a guy will know the responsibilty of the life and can run a family.
