Call the BBB. Unfortunately you probably have been ripped off and will not see your money. You could call Tom Martino and see if they can get they guy to do the right thing. You can contact them at http://www.troubleshooter.com

i would get a lawyer as soon as possible,and remember in the future dont pay anybody anything until the job is done and done right. i,ve been there .believe me i know. good luck

call the company that he works for. if he is an entreprenuer, call the cops or court to see what you need to do.
