cocoa butter cream, not lotion, is the only thing to prevent stretch marks. I used to mix it with the oil from a vitamin E when I was pregnant. Not one stretch mark . Not one. As far as cellulite goes. Diet. No fried food , hardly ever eat red meat. I mean like really no red meat. maybe a bite if its well done a couple times a year . No MC Donald's ever.No cellulite.I can feel the cellulite every time I eat a french fry.

You can prevent stretch marks by restricting your weight gain. Your skin is quite elastic; you get stretch marks when you gain weight faster than your skin can adapt, such as during pregnancy.
The bad news is that, anecdotal evidence aside; there is no way to fix them. Stretch marks are a kind of scar. There is no empirical evidence that anything is going to reduce or remove your stretch marks. If you don’t believe me, review the medical literature.
The good news is that the marks become less noticeable if you lose weight. Also, as time passes the color fades and they become less noticeable.
The best thing that you can do to prevent stretch marks and cellulite and also extend your life-span is to pick your parents VERY carefully.
Don’t begrudge these marks on your skin. They define you as a woman rather than a girl. A woman gets to call her own shots; she directs the course of her own life. For good or for ill, her choices are her own. A girl who is not strong and confident in her personhood and sexuality might still be jerked around.
Welcome to the human race. Welcome to womanhood. Own your own body, embrace your flaws. The only perfect women are fictional. You are not fictional. You don’t exist as ink on a page. You get to live and breathe and have being.
And, BTW, if U WNT 2 B TKN S-RI-US-LEE, use standard English spelling, grammar and punctuation. That is another hallmark of literate adulthood.

Don't panic...there isn't a woman out there that doen't have stretch marks...i have faint ones. Cocaa butter formula doesn't work very well but i hear that there is a brilliant treatment called Bio Oil in chemists such as Boots and Superdrug (is you're in the Uk)
They should have it where you are. It's about 10 pounds here and i want to try it cos it fades scars and marks too. It was recommended in a beauty magazine here. It is in a white box with orange on it, i think you should try it, it is supposed to be good on darker skin.

Coco butter works really well, but, beleive it or not, some scar remedies work better. There's this stuff called Mederma that you can pick up at any drug store. It's kind of pricey, but it works. Nothing will make a stretch mark totally disappear, but you can smooth them and fade them. Just keep them moisturized.

if you use cocoa butter lotion it can help. Also, dry skin is prone to stretch marks. don't exactly know why..but if you've got dry skin they're probably gonna be present.
lotion with cocoa butter is probably your best bet as of now though. and if you want to prevent them, keep your skin totally hydrated in all the places where you think they might occur.
