You spend lots of time with her telling her how great person she is. You should support her as much as you can and help boost her confidence. Hopefully that will help her get out of her rut.

Just be there for her and listen to her complain. Try to cheer her up and show her the brighter side, maybe do some things that are relaxing - but other than that you can't really "make" her happy.

Sometimes people need to work things out by themselves, and no matter what you do or how hard you try...it just doesn't seem to help. Give her a bit of space, but do let her know you are there for her when she needs you.

you should just talk to her and spend time with her. give her a hug and just talk about whats going on right now with her. just be there for her.
