I have never dug a WHOLE before, but if you dug a HOLE through the earth, first of ll it would be damn well impossible because if you got to the core you would be dead anyway, and then if you managaed somehow to get through that, gravity would keep you on the ground on the otherside.

If it were possible that a hole went directly through the earth and you fell into it, and there was no friction of any kind, you would fall completely through to the other side. If there was any friction at all you would not fall completely through and you would fall back and forth until you came to rest at the center of the earth in a state of weightlessness because gravity would be pulling equally in all directions.

If you were able to dig all the way through the world then you would get crushed in the core. Gravity pushes things down, and the core it the focus point, the gavity would be vert very high and you would be crushed
(Side note, the larger the planet, the higher the gravity at the core. Jupiter's core has so much gravity it has condensed hydrogen into a metal)

If there was no air (and friction) you would accelerate all the way to the center. As you passed center, you would decelerate and pop out on the other side at the same elevation you were at when you jumped in, then you would repeat the process over and over until the end of time or until you jumped to the side on either end of the hole.

I'd be impressed just seeing how you dug a whole. I've never seen anyone do that before.

assuming this were possible through some sort of as yet to be developed technology and assuming you were not battered to death as you bounced off the sides of the earthen walls of the hole, as you approached the molten center you would be incinerated and your vaporized remnants would become carbonized molecules that are pulled into the molten center where they would remain for as long as the earth remained an intact planet.

Well, for one thing, you would die.
Assuming you were immortal, you would be swallowed by the largest sea of anything on the planet, the mantle.
assuming you could "Part the mantle" like the red sea, you would probably end up on the solid iron core.
Sorry if I burst your bubble of trying to save on airfare to China.

If you don't know the difference between whole and hole, how would you ever figure out how to dig anything?
I hope you fall in the lake...

Would not happen ..... once you hit the magma (lava) deep under the Earth's crust you'd melt.
