"Mal Feis" is not a traditional legal term. Mal means evil. Malfeasance means evil doing. I suppose "Mal Feis" could be an earlier variation of Malfeasance in which case it would be something similar to evil action or evil doing. But I ran a quick search on federal and state cases using the search term "Mal Feis" and nothing popped up. Could it be a spelling problem?

It's malfeasance and is easily looked up in the dictionary -- sorry, but you'll understand it a lot better if you look it up yourself. I already went to school and did my OWN homework.
