I am sure you can try. Everyone sues for everything today. Rather than sue, I would say try to work things out as an adult. Most people sue out of spite. You really need to ask yourself why you want to sue her and if sueing her is the best way to fix it or if you just want to hurt her.

Only if she is not abiding what the JUDGE said and YOU signed on.....and SHE signed also. Does interfering mean hanging around during your visitation time or does it mean she is not allowing you visitation Yes, you can take her back to court.
Is that contempt of court????

Yes, and I suggest you do, There are laws that enforce child support but none that enforces visitation. Don't let anyone stop you from being in your child's life.

Never heard of it,go in to court and let the Judge set visitation.

No but you can go BACK to Court and bring it before the judge and he'll slap her wrist and so on and so on.......untill you piss the judge off and then it gets realy fun:-(

report every failure time for disobey the court rules for visiting rights... report it to courthouse, after about dozen reports then reopen family court you will win the kids to your favor!
