My dad is blind and i was wondering if there was a way i could get my permit earlier than 15.

Sorry to hear that your dad is blind but what I suggest you do sweetie is go to the place in Arizona where they issue permits and license's and ask them, but be sure to mention that your dad is blind and see if they can work something out with you that's the only thing I can think of but I wish you the best of luck and hope they consider it but don't get to excited because if you don't know how to drive then there's no hope. So I wish you well !!! :) :)
