I don't watch it religiously, but I've seen episodes where they're engaged, but then she finds out he has a daughter. Did they ever go through with the marriage?

In the season premier commercials, it looks like she proposes again and luke says yes before she can ask the question. So i am hoping they get married.

No, they have not gotten married yet. I to agree that they should get married. I hope they do this coming season.
