It's called demensional analysis:
(19 Years) x (52 Weeks / 1 Year) x (7 Days / 1 Week) x (24 Hours / 1 Day) x (60 Minutes / 1 Hour) x (60 Seconds / 1 Minute) = 597,542,400 Seconds
You set it up with all the fractions so that all the unit labels cancel out.

Liwayway is way way wrong. The number of seconds in a year, averaged over leap years and regular years, is 31,557,600. You are very close to 600 million seconds old.
It is surprising how many difficult-sounding problems you will be able to get a quick approximate answer for if you remember that there are just over 30 million seconds in a year.

one year = 365 days =8760 hrs =210,240 minutes =12,614,400 sec. However, since you are 19 yrs old, you've experienced 4 leap year already and thats 366 days a year = 8784 hrs = 210,816mins = 12,648,960 secs. To solve: 15 normal years x 12, 614,400 secs + 4 leap years x 12,648,960 secs = 113,567,840. Thats your number of seconds at 19 years of age. (it's not 52 weeks in a year as most believe.)

Its very easy to do with a calculator.
I like to remind myself that 800,000 hours is roughly 80 years, thats mostly all most of us get. Only 800 light bulb changes.
