As often as I can.
I also try to call as many people as I can "Matey", use the words "Land ahoy!" at least three times an hour and threaten everyone I meet for the first time that I'll make them walk the plank.

Not very often, but I know a person who does this all the time! As a matter of fact, tomorrow is "Talk like a Pirate Day". SHIVER ME TIMBERS!
