Will a motorola unlocked razr V3 work with a prepaid motorola V170 sim card?..I'm want a razr REALLY bad but i don't want to spend the money for a prepaid one and like my parents won't put me on their plan yet..so right now i have to stick with prepaid..

you can use your Sim card on any kind of cell phone as long you brought that phone through your cellphone provider

As long as u have mobile to mobile I think you should start with the prepaid cingular.
thats where I started my kids. My daugther thought she needed better so she went out and got a razorv2r3 and a plan.. well to put the storie short, she no longer has any phone. I agree with aznflippgurl.. However "aznflippgurl" how do u use the gps tracking??

unlocked phone work with any simcard (prepaid or plan). the only thing about prepaid plans is that prepaid fones measure your usage on the phone itself. but then again you can measure it too by calling the Minutes number which is always a number that starts with # or * depending on your provider.
cingular charges you for checking minutes you have left which is equal as 1 text msg because they send you a txt msg back to tell you your minutes left.
you dont need an unlocked phone from your own cellphone provider. for example you can get a unlocked phone on ebay it doesnt have to be from your own cellphone provider like the previous girl said
