Go out in your back yard and take pictures over the fence of your neighbors private goings on and have someone photographing you doing it to get the shot of a 'bad neighbor'. The have someone else photographing your neighbor photographing you to post on the Internet perverted justice website and thus be an example of a 'good neighbor'.

Do you know th Bruegel's pictrues?
They have a lot of people that lived one near otehr, I belive you can have the kind of thing you need, take parts of any of this pictures.

Don't have pics' but have GREAT neighbors on one side and weird ones on the other who are not friendly,keep to themselves and never speak.
