I know it's different in every person.

I went through a long, but also precocious puberty, so best not to compare with me, but here goes anyway; my testicles started growing and descending at about age 8 followed very closely by pubic and a bit of body hair. I remember that by my 10th birthday, I had loads of pubes and hairy armpits, quite hairy legs and arms, and a penis about the size of an adult. I had quite a bit of hair on my chest and a very large penis at 12. My penis carried on growing until age 17, though fortunately I didn't turn into a complete ape in hairiness!

Every guy develops differently and at different ages. From age 11, some guys start to develop pubic hair. Age 12-15 things really start to develop, and you hope that you will be given a generous package. Deodorant is likely required at this time but facial hair can also vary to a great degree. Some guys will never have a full beard.

Each person is different, depending on genetics and racial background. I am caucasian, began needing deordorant when about 10 or so, like most guys. Started developing pubes around 11 or so, started shaving at 13. But some guys I grew up with were not really shaving at 17, and I know one guy at 15 that has hairless as a mole down below, and had no underarm hair either. Didn't stop him from being very sexually active, though, he was otherwise developed.
