I have hiccups everyday all day and it seems there is no cure,I have tried everything but the nerve surgery, just want to know of any other options before the nerve surgery option...

Hiccups and acid reflux are two different things. Acid reflux
is treatable but not curable. Hiccups, in rare cases, can not be
treated nor stopped. Have you tried swallowing a spoonful of sugar? Since you mentioned the surgery you have already talked
to a doctor. If you think your hiccups are caused by acid reflux
try Galvacon. It is the only over the counter antacid that treats
acid reflux. Hope this helps.

Try seeing an Enzyme Therapist.

You should ask your doctor that and then come back and tell us because now you have us curious. I dream when I over eat (I no longer have acid reflux) so it seems reasonable to think that way.

I know from personal experience having gone the pill route for years and no success so I ran accross a integrative medical dr who told me this and it works havent had problem again take your body weight divide by1/2 drink that many ounces every day of plain water eliminate sodas and coffee and it will go away in about 30 days keep up the water it is so good for the body Gorbalizer

Ive been on aciphex for several years. Weight loss hasnt cured it but I am now able to contol it with one pill a day and when I was sixty lbs heavier it was two pills a day. I have been talked out of surgery, which is the only "cure" ~~~ if it is even a real cure.

Take Nexium, the purple pill forever. I hope it helps. This GURD thing is so bad it can lead to esophogeal cancer if not treated, you really do not want that.
