What are some of the most important ideas a person should always remember in life?

1. The fact that you're still alive is just a matter of luck, so don't brag about it.
2. The higher you get, the greater the fall will be. Don't forget to put a mattress right below you.
3. Always think about how many people died in car accidents after they said "that will never happen to me".
4. Never lie about something, but try to learn how to hide the truth.
5. The person you love might not be the same with the person that loves you. Keep an eye out.
6. Tell yourself, every day, that death is just a continuation of life. If you think that death is something bad, then you should be ready to suffer a lot, because bad things like death can happen anytime to anyone.
7. Sometimes it is a very good idea to turn your back to the enemies, but only if you can run faster than them.

These are just a few thoughts. On the other hand, here's another one: You don't need too many important ideas that you should remember in life.
