You really can't. The only thing that you can take out of a song is the lead vocal. Everything else is pretty much in there and cannot be removed without destroying the rest of the song.

Use a music editor - like Winamp - and using the equalizer, the voices are generally in the middle ranges. The stuff you don't want (voices or music) can be cut out by backing off the equalizer to zero for that range.
