You've already enrolled in Freshman classes, so there's no point worrying about them. For future reference there are a couple of problems:
You put "English (regular)" meaning that there is probably an english (H) class to take. If you want to go to MIT or Stanford you should be taking honors classes wherever possible, because when they look at your transcript they will also check to see what classes you had available to take. If you don't show a trend for taking the rigorous route, there might be trouble.
However, you're in Alg 2 and Bio your freshman year, and that's good, if (as I assume) it means you're past geometry and whatever stupid intro-level science class they have at your school.
If your school offers more than 6 courses, take more than 6, because, again, you want to show that trend for taking the rigorous way.
Okay, now that I've stressed you out:Freshman year is NOT that big of a deal. Much more important are your sophomore and especially junior years. Just make sure that each year is more difficult than the last.
good luck!

You're in Algebra 2 as a freshman?!? At my school I took it as a sophomore and I was considered ahead...
Anyway, your freshman year really doesn't matter. Your next 3 years (especially junior and senior) are the ones that count. Make sure you take a 3rd year of French as a junior... colleges like that.
And as far as the 6 classes thing goes, most schools only let you take 6 anyway. It's normal.

Your junior year is really the year that the colleges look at, but if you have a solid A average starting now and you continue to work for the next three years, you'll be able to get into any college you want to.

I would say no, for the most part...but remember, you have to keep in mind that most colleges are looking for more than just academics...about 75-78% of your academic grades effect your college choice. Colleges look for community service hours, extra-curricular activities, SAT and ACT scores, and even your personality (College interviews)...
Most colleges don't even look at Freshman year...sophomore and juniors are the two biggies...and I BOMBED my sophomore year...so I hope I can redeem myself this year (Junior)
Good luck, keep your head up, and you'll do fine! :-D
