Life that we live on now is full of suffering and all people are the same...u can ask everyone out there, whether anyone don't come across suffering(worry/anger ect)? i can say none of them can come to you and say they dont come across any worry, anger in life once...coz we are all human..we have feeling.
When u are in trouble/sad/anger(just to name a few), try ask yourself why? i can only tell u it is all because of the "cause and effect" and to end the "effect" we should have a balance heart (no like/dislike, less/more)and to know there bound to have a reason behind everything.....once u have understood this, i am sure u can get rid of all the suffering and live on happily....

youll only live once.
so make the most out of right now cause..u never know..u could be dead tomroow and not even know it.
be happy at alll times.
just find a role model or someone u would want to be like them.
