Red Wings or Timberland Pro Series?

I always use Tims for work (I'm an engineer at a manufacturing plant). The pair I have now are titanium, leather, everything proof and actually comfortable.

How do Red Wings compare? What do you think of them and how long do they last? I go through boots about once a year.
