which verizon phone should i get?
I want either a:
Razor
Sidekick
Chocolate
tell me good things and bad
things about them

The Razor has been a home run for Motorola. The downside is lack of analog connectivity. If you never leave your big city, that is likely fine, but you might need more than just digital at times. The other downside is that the Razor is not very bulletproof. Drop it and you can crack the screen. The other two also have some shortcomings. The truth is that cool and thin phones have to compromise in order to be sexy. The Motorola V710 is a much better phone.

I heard that the razor gets sand and lint in its screen. And was told the chocolate is not that great of a phone. and the sidekick is very big. do they even make a sidekick for Verizon. i don't think so. but i may be wrong. if you like the features of the sidekick and mp3's of the chocolate , i would suggest the LG VX9800, or simply the V. i have it and its been and amazing phone. i have not had one problem with it. and it is smaller than the sidekick, but still has a full keyboard, unlike the chocolate, or razor.

Well I own a RAZR and it seems to be working fine for me. One thing you need to consider, is that everyone and their grandma has a RAZR. If you want to be different, than go with the chocolate. The one thing I like about the RAZR is that it is thin. I'm a guy and I put my phone in my pocket. I think for girls, it really doesn't matter because they put the phone in their purses. I don't think Verizon carries sidekicks but I could be wrong. I think that the chocolate doesn't have a speakerphone. I'm not really sure if that matters to you much?!

depends what plan you have and what your provider is.
the razr is good for normal phone use, no other uses like internet and music. there is a verizon razr doesnt have a sim card slot and there is a razr with a sim card slot for GSM providers.
the sidekick is good for unlimited internet and text messaging because its unlimited if you get that plan. and the sidekick is real plus for Instant Messaging for AIM and yahoo on the SK 2 and +MSN on the SK3. but the SK 2 is great if you only use AIM and yahoo. the sidekick is only useful if you have t-mobile.i recommend ebay to buy if you already have a plan.
the chocolate if your an iPod addict. its pretty much an iPod and a phone in one. the chocolate is only useful if you have verizon. it doesnt have a sim card slot

OMG you are like one of my best buds bc she is looking to figure out wich cell phone she should get for her birthday! Ok well here is some info you need.
Choclate: They are so... flipping UGLY! i mean have u seen one b4.
Sidekick: SO totally awesome! I wish i had one!
Razor: Gotta love em. I mean who doesnt want one!
So personally I think u should either get the sidekick or the razor! DONT get a chocolate!

You cannot get a sidekick on Verizon Wireless, but you can get the RAZR and Coco.

Im getting the CHocolate because it has an MP3 player and comes with a great plan, whatever u do DONT GET THE RAZOR, it breaks wayyy to easily w/one drop, even if ur carefull! if u press a button too hard it will break!
