Umm, depends on what you mean...
If you mean restricted domains, then do the whole Y=function/{X>n} thing...
But I think you mean graphing inequalities, i.e. Y

I doubt if the graphing calculator will do it because's a discontinuos functionality. The graph will appear as if a staircase. The y axis continues to be at a single point between integer factors on the x axis, and jumps an integer because of the fact the x value crosses an integer factor.

If similar to TI-83:
Y1 = (X<9)X+(X>=9)2
While X is less than 9, Y equals X.
While X is greater than or equal to 9, Y equals 2.

Find the inequality buttons by pressing Shift, then #2 for Test.
