Frank has whitnessed a crime and can identify a cop killer. The killer is caught but knows who whitnessed his crime and put him in jail. He escapes and he grabs Frank (see previous question). Now what should Frank do?

I don't know how to see previous question - so I will have to go with what I see on this page! Frank has been grabbed by the cop killer and is being held as ransom - his girlfriend is being held at the police station as a material witness to the crime and he wants her released or he will kill Frank!@

Well... kick the guy in the nuts veeery hard, and then run away to the Police Station or the FBI, and ask for witness protection.
