Yes! Oh my God it feels like there is a volcano inside of me when I bottle too many emotions inside, and I just want to erupt with a murderous scream! I have screamed, but I never let it out like I want to, I hope one day I will, it is a big relief, and its better than keeping it inside. What I really need is to learn how to express my emotions on a healthy level so that it wont get built up inside til I just cant take it anymore.

hahaha in case you ever have been given right here as much as me indoors the midsection of the line and screamed in my face, i could scream back till ultimately we the two began guffawing and tears have been rolling down our faces and we could grant way and get run over by using utilising a motor vehicle. precise then you somewhat actual could look at me and say "so which you are the female from yahoo recommendations". my friend at work and me are always saying that we want to scream, but can't cause we're at work... I can't really remember the last time I just let go and screamed for no reason.... I should do it tonight...
