Every one likes to have a female personal secretary. Any reason? why are girls doing this job?

Just an observation on my part, but women tend to be more organized. There are some men who may be suited to this type of work, but generally they are not the best candidate.
An office that I worked at ran ads for personal secretaries on three occasions in the years that I worked there. Each time there were more than 4 dozen applicants. There was not one single male who applied.
Perhaps it is not a very "manly" position?

Sexism. Most executives tend to be male, and most males would prefer to work with subordinates who are female.

Female know better in n outs,they are better in courtsey,welcoming,mainting office atics n relation with boss.

they are more attractive than big fat hairy men drooling all over you or half fruits lisping their way through the day
