Go to the website of the video adapter manufacturer.

usually, going to the manufacturers site(of your video card) and looking for support will get you the latest driver. One other thing, you say the color is all bad on your monitor, if you have disconnected the monitor, check for a bent pin on the connector end. A bent pin can cause the colors to be bad

The driver wouldn't be for windows 98, it would be for your graphics card.
