i have 7 pets
i love them so much
i would do anything for them
2 of them were abused before i got them, but the rest of there lives with me i made sure that they felt LOVED.
i want to stop animal abuse
animals are awesome
i love my pets, chico, smeagol, sunny, chloe, kiara, holly, and lacey!!!!!!!!

ME. And I am offering you a very important word of caution- do not get supporting animal rights confused with furthering animal welfare. Learn what really constitutes "abuse". If you really feel that people should not keep pets, and should not have animals in their lives or workplaces, then support animal rights. But if you truly want to see animal welfare standards continue to be raised, and animals continue to be cherished companions and valuable contributors to our lives, then learn what groups are and are not supporting this view. You might be surprised what you learn.
I'll give you a hint- PETA has NOTHING to do with animal welfare.
The average American household pet is more susceptible to frank abuse than animals on farms or in research. I applaud your enthusiasm, but please learn to be wise about your approach.

ME i think all people who abuse animals should be shot in the stomach and left for thier insides to cook in their stomach acids i don't know how someone could possibly harm any animal unless its like live stock or fish or rabid and trying to maul them like they needed to kill it to eat but like this guy who put a chain on his dogs neck and dragged it behind his truck until some cops stopped him and arrested him i hope that bast*rd suffers in hell

my adopted dog was found on an interstate freeway bloody cold and alone. He was struck by a car and found at night. Either someone dumped him there or they didnt care enough to properly contain him.
