well, the quiet guys don't let the girls get to know them. as for me, i like guys that are fun to be around/talk to, have a great sense of humor, and personality. the look is important, but not everything. the timid guys may be handsome, but who knows, what's under?

Intimidated, people think they are so good looking they must have a girlfriend. It goes both ways. I don't think the quiet part matters as much as the looks. When I was young I was always told how beautiful I was and I could have any guy I wanted, but I never, never got asked out. When I asked why, I always got the same answer, intimidated. It sucks, but people just assume good looking people have it made, not. I think good looking people are often way more insecure because people treat them weird. I had a friend who was incredibly gorgeous and people were jealous and mean to her, and only sleazy guys asked her out. I did not like going out with her either because I was invisible next to her and it made me feel like crap. Sorry to go on and on but...

Because they are too easy. Us women we like a good challenge but then again complain that we want a quiet guy. Makes sense??

I dont think its true asphysical attractiveness can be the first step. After that its more a girl and boy are able to relate themselves to their partners. I dont think girls dont like handsome guys. The like a guy who can understnad them and be the shoulder whenever they need.

have you ever heard of the beauty halo? When a person is atractive, we usually think that person is also carismatic, intelligent, and better all around.
If the guy is really atractive... and quiet...
I think: how boring!
Is this a rock or what?
So I don't go for that type, cause I don't think there is something interesting underneath.

First and foremost I can C that some who are answering this thread are straight up knuckle heads. Pay no attention to them coz they are simply "haters" never want any positive thing said unless it is a compliment towards them
If you are shy..just live your life and search..not as though your life depends on getting one..but as a pass time....
Arrogant/Egotistic guys who can't shut the hell up simply
"GET IN AND GET OUT"....shame on the chicks who endorse them coz they will be CRYING SOONER THAN LATER...if not clipping at their wrists with sharp blades...

women do, but most women will not approach a guy so you have to make the first move. try it out sometime. if you get rejected then you know what not to say next time :)
