What are some good ways to care for dry, sort of chapped lips (including area around lips, especially corners of mouth) and irritated skin on your chin (including breaking out a little, redness)? I will be honest, this is the result of a lot of kissing, which will probably continue.

Avoid certain products that have camphor in them! Like a very popular brand of lip salve. Camphor dries out skin, so you must buy more of the stupid salve to cure the problem it made worse!
Vitamin E is healling, so use the purest form of it you can get. It comes in "lipstick" form, which is best. Also, give the kissing a rest!
Add humidity to your house, too.

You make a batch of oatmeal and let it set till it cools.Then put a layer of warm oatmeal on your face .Leave it for 30 minutes then wash it off. Do this once a day for a week.You will have smooth soft skin

Lip balm for the lips! Maybe something with honey in it or aloe vera/shea butter type, and aloe vera gel or tea tree lotion on the face. And maybe your boyfriend should shave!
