There are a few emus at the zoo, but that's technically outside the city. As for hanging, I think the best bet would be to call around a few Chinese restaurants and ask if they serve Peking Emu. It wouldn't be much different from the duck.

emos dun hang they stay in there rooms listenin to depressing music...or if mayb they woul go to the movies n like starbucks other than that i dont thing they go to loud places such as parties..
