Not me but my son did.
He was about 7 when his sister was watching him,I was at work and my wife had to go get some food for lunch. My son wanted to see a movie but my daughter would not let him so he picked up the phone and called 911.
I got a call from the police and had to come home from work.
When we found out what happened we had a good laugh, but that was after my son was sat down and explained why that was not an emergency.

i havent, but i heard they track your call, call u back, and if u dont answer they will use gps to find u. Btw, all phones have gps on them, just not for the user to see. If they find out it is a prank call, they give you a ticket, i dont know how much it is though...

NO. That is one of the things you should NEVER do.
Would you want it weighing on your conscience if someone died because the emergency services were busy answering your prank call?

Anybody who does this is putting peoples lives at risk by tying up the emergency services.
