it has come to my attention that whenever liberals or democrats make valid points that show the negatives of Bush, republicans or conservatives just dismiss it as "liberal propaganda". they don't face facts. they deny everything the news and online articles have ever said that Bush has done! that's b.s. ...republicans and conservatives never have anything decent to say to back up their support of our president. they also tend to say the same thing over and over again, usually about the war. when they know full well that we are not accomplishing anything in this so-called "war on terror". meanwhile, liberals and democrats have thousands of points to make that discredit Bush and that discredit him fairly. it's time for them to accept the fact that he is not an ethical man, and that he is a very poor manager of this great nation.
i'm tired of Bush's lies and how he took away our civil liberties with the Patriot Act and the illegal warantless phone-tapping.

Bush can’t even manage to win us a war. Iraq and Afghanistan are a total mess!
So many reasons contribute to the fact that his popularity is in the low 30’s and also why the democrats will when these midterm elections.

If you can prove me wrong about anything I have said, then by all means, try.
it’s time you pro-Bush people stop living a lie and WAKE UP!!!

Conservatives aren't called that for no reason! They cling to old, known ideas, even if those dont' work. They're also known for fearing the unknown...mostly due to lack of interest, education and a general unwillingness to consider any other ideas but the ones they were brainwashed with.

So, to THEM, Dubya is a hero. They hypnotize themselves into putting blinders on, ignoring what a horrific mess he's made and how little he cares about the common American.

The things Repos ARE good at is slinging (unfounded) accusations and insults at their opponents, mostly because they have few or no facts to back up their own empty beliefs.

You mean like these questions that were asked here (and many others like them) in the hours after the shooting? You people trying to get in the Guinness for hypocrisy or something? Fact is: 1) both sides tried to blame the other for inciting the shooting. 2) Only right-wingers are now claiming that it was just the other side that did the blaming. You are part of the problem. Your post is fairly long [and deceptively characterized as a question] but contains no actual facts. I can accept the fact that you hate Bush, and I am not exactly crazy about the man either. The problem here is that you are doing the same thing as the people you lament. Obviously, anyone in the Presidents chair will have those dedicated to discrediting him as well as those dedicated to keeping him squeaky clean. Intelligent people know that the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

You are being intentionally distracted towards the left, while others are distracted towards the right. Meanwhile, the politicians keep right on doing what they please because no one is seriously paying attention.

I do not expect to reach you with this, and that is the problem. Don't blame Bush, he's just operating within a system that you and millions of others like you [on both sides] allow to exist.

Pimp activism for ya...

Republicans and conservatives are not necessarily the same thing, just as all Democrats are not liberals. There are moderates in both parties.

I think the conservatives want to disbelieve anything negative about Bush because they realize if he loses, they will have nobody in their corner. Mainstream Republicans, on the other hand, will have lots of choices. But an unspoken rule in Republican circles is: You should not air thy dirty laundry in public. Whatever differences they do have they try to iron out behind closed doors to present a unified front. That's why this skirmish between Bush and the three powerful Republican senators (McCain, Graham and Warner) this week is so unusuaMF They're arguing over how to interpret the Geneva Conventions on treatment of prisoners of war.

Because it's very easy to second guess decisions AFTER the fact. Bush has made the best possible decisions he could based on the facts available at the time. Liberals have no answers, all they can say is "I would not have done it that way" but were not around to make any constructive suggestions when the decision needed to be done. The Democrats say "the war is wrong" but have no solution to resolve it ...blah, blah, blah ...boring ... How did the Patriot Act and phone-tapping take away your civil liberties unless you are a terrorist ... I am tired of liberals wining with NO SOLUTIONS .. come on ... let's stop all the politics and protect America ....whatever it takes!!

Since President Bush took office, we have, after all, had taxes reduced, new emphasis in the manner government money is spent, legal reforms, an easier regulatory environment...plus the knowledge that deep in the heart of our Administration there aren't leftists quietly writing rules and regulations which impair and undermine the very basis of American government. And do you think that a President Kerry would have nominated someone even 10% as good as John Roberts for the Supreme Court? Would our conservative friends be happy to see a clone of Ginsburg replacing Rehnquist?

It's called denial. People who have a small Penis size (conservatives, that's why they love guns) they can just say "it's not the size that counts", Ya right.

It's like a drug addict saying "I have it under control", Ya right.

It's the same for Conservatives and Republicans. It's better to deny and lie. It's a self defense mechanism we have, instead of facing facts we have to deny it.

Whenever they do that just show them this http://www.pollingreport.com/BushJob.htm

and this http://www.pollingreport.com/wh-hstry.htm

It shows the record low poll numbers of Bush done by FOX NEWS and other conservative Republican media pollsters. It also shows that most of America believe that Bush is the worst President of all time.

When they try the "liberal Lie's, and liberal media" denial excuse they use point out the polls done by FOX NEWS and other conservative media outlets.

i guess you would like to think things would be different if libs were in charge. you know, they would. they would have crawled on hands and knees to the terrorists, oops, insurgents, and said, "we are so sorry you had to blow up america. we are shameful in our wealthy successful country. we are guilty of being happy and content in the land of milk and honey. we promise to take all the money from the bad rich guys (except us that is) and spread it around so everyone in the country gets some, like the illegals. just tell us and whatever we can do for you to continue making bombs and blowing up the world and innocent people and babies, we will do it. we will give you your own television channel so that when you capture innocent people around the world, you can broadcast sawing off their heads to everyone. that would be better than using that tacky old internet that algore invented. tv is much better. then, we can get down on our bellies and beg you to just kill us last, so we can continue to do your bidding. we will also make sure that no one can find you. we will not tap your phones or monitor your bank accounts, in fact, lets give you a big bunch of money right now. here take it and do what you will,"............life if lib/democrats were in charge....
