Is there a way i can create an online RPG? If so, how would i do it, like where would i go?

if you wanna make games start at the bottom.. steam has some programs calls source (Eg; "Half-life source") where you can design your own using their utilities.... You get to use pretty much everything in the design as far as charactures, weapons exc (way complicated) so you don't have that to deal with that. btw.. there are no dumb questions...how else will you find out?..lol.. You can check out " mods" and usually contact the people who made them. They are mostly friendly and will answer your questions.

Yes, you can create an on line role playing game if you like. Where would you go? Anywhere you could get knowledge about role playing games.
