Never. I do make a point of telling my kids how special they are, however.

the other day ago by my mum you obviously dont hear it a lot by the sounds of it and if you dont know im sorry for you and it doesnt mean your not im sure you are and have qualties that are special and important i know im a stranger but im going to tell you you are special and important i know its not the same as someone close to you saying it but i hope it helps you

I hear it all the time from my husband and I tell him all the time how lucky and blessed I am to have a relationship with him.

The only person who ever said that to me was my ex-wife...BEFORE we were married. She never said it afterwards. Hmmm...maybe that's part of the reason why she's now my EX-wife...
