it's just one of those days. everyone is bound to have them. just keep your head up, have a sense of humor about it, and just look forward to tomorrow!! have a nice hot foot soak tonight and light some candles and play your fave music. thats always a great way to unwind!

First of all, "you're" is a contraction for "you are". What you meant was "your". You got it right on the "your cool" part. Lesson over, now on to your question. Yes, I've surely had some of those. Learning to handle it was, and still is, quite difficult. I try very hard to let it roll off my back and forgive the dumb?ss that caused it. If that doesn't work, I go out and work in my garden. That does one of two things: takes my mind off it, or gives me plenty of time to think about it. If the latter is the case, hell, grab a beer. Tomorrow is a new day, and things will look better.

I went through that earlier today and I am still in a pissy mood. First, I saw that my lover was leaving flirtatious comments to other girls on myspace-I'm waiting until he gets off work to break it off, then my 2 sister's were getting on my nerves-we got into a fight, then i was late for work, and now i have to study for a huge exam on Monday. I am under a lot of stress but today it all just dawned on me that I have a lot on my mind that needs to be settled one way or another. Ugh, you're not alone! We're on the same boat, you're sailing right?

I handle it by sitting alone and thinking about what my next move will be, ways to make my situation better. like dumping my lover will make my life much easier. Do something that will make your life at ease, it may seem hard now but will be rewarding later. Relax, remain by yourself and think things through.

Ohhh, yeah! How do I handle it? Not too well, I'm afraid. I have a bad temper on those days, mostly to my poor husband. I guess I sulk a little. Thank goodness they don't happen often. I wish I could be different that way but, I am who I am. I try to make up for it and be sweet later.

a couple of weeks ago i had a nightmare day i rose in the morning after spending the night with my buddies indulging in a large quantity of amber fluid that night my wife slept in bed with my daughter because I snored so loud . I a woke to the screech of the alarm I swung my arm over to knock it off the bed side cupboard only to miss and wrap my forearm onto the bench top This caused me to jump up and trip over my carelessly discarded clothes from the night before I plummeted into the louver door of our wardrobe grazing my already throbbing forearm and breaking three slats in the door. I quickly got showered and dressed for work and tried to find my keys and wallet . after spending 10 or 15 minutes looking and cussing every word I'm not permitted to use in the house My wife came out half asleep and said when you came in I said put your keys on the rack and your wallet on the bench beneath it . I snapped at her I did but they are not there . She walked up looked and turned to look else were as she did My wife that is never sarcastic says oh yer you put them away in there on the opposite was there was my wallet and keys in the fish tank I guess in My stupor I forgot what wall the Key rack was on . raced to the car got stuck in traffic couldnt find a car space at the local train station was late for work had to work through morning tea with a hang over that kicked in on the train I got home that night and just though what a day . how do you deal with that ?

I sure have, Girl. Just look forward to the next day with the hope that it'll be better. Afterall, nothing stays the same in this world, even ONE OF THOSE DAYS. Just don't do anything stupid that you know you'll regret only because you're having a bad day. Smile through it. Not easy. But you'll master it in time.

All the time! I have 3 step kids who are always doing something to make me angry. Sometimes it helps to just walk away from your situation. I also like to take walks - alone. Listen to music, watch a good (funny) movie, or sometimes a nap makes me feel refreshed. Good luck with whatever situation your going through.

Just go and have sometime with someone you know you get along with. Or do something creative like write in a journal or paint. Go and be active, take a walk for a block or two to clear your mind.

Entire *month* of August was like that for me. One thing after another, on top the other...

To handle it:
I take nerve pills. ;-)
