I don't believe you gave enough information in order for your question to be answered completely. However, if I can guess on this, you might want to get in contact with the company that he works for. Just about anything can be found on-line. From there you should be able to contact someone who could give you more information or can lead you to someone who could. I must warn you that you should not give much information to the person you are speaking over the phone to. How legit is it that they would send you information so important at that in an IM. I would be cautious and weary of that. Good luck.

Honey , I don't really understand what exactly the full question is but assume you need to find some information on his condition . Try replying to the IM , hopefully you didn't delete it .
If you need to you should look up the name of the company on yahoo or google and see if you can find an eMail address that way .
