No. There are lots of other ways - meditation, calm music, massage, natural sounds like waves at a beach and wind in the trees, etc, etc.

no. I come on here and answer your questions. Then my family yells at me to come do something and the stress starts all over again. no wonder I'm stressed all the time. must be how I got up to level 2. maybe it's even why I'm almost up to level 3.
