I have a Razr V3 with cingular. I like to get them free, so list one or two sites. I have no browser on my phone.

I'm pretty sure, you can't send ringtones from a text message, because if they are polyphonic ringtones, you can send a text message as a ringtone, but it won't be polyphonic, what you can do is download the ringtone directly from your phone over the internet, there are a lot of pages you can use, or if you have all the ringtones you want you can upload them into a homepage of your own, like "Geocities" or something, and upload them directly into your address and just go over the internet, and type the url of your midi file, and it will download automatically. there is such thing as bluetooth device now. U can get it in a computer store that is because thats where we can get it from in singapore..
U just insert the device on ur usb on the mother board and just send songs right from ur comp or even videos and vice versa

Haven't seen the phone but if it has a memory card in it you can put the mp3 on it and should be able to use it has a ringtone.

get a bluetooth usb for ur computer, so u can use bluetooth
