I'm the same height as you, and I weigh 102 pounds. According to my BMI calculator, I'm healthy, anything more than that is considered heavy. I think you should start dieting and eating healthy. You can get some tips for diet from Weight Watchers, cos a lot of people diet the wrong way, which resulted them to either be more heavy in the end or no improvement at all. Also, choose clothes that FITS you, and not large and baggy clothes, cause that will make you look bigger than you really are! If you don't know what kind of clothes fits you, get some advice and help from the assistant at the store.

If you consider yourself an ok weight and are ok with how you look, then you don't have to worry about what others think. You might be a little on the thick size, but so am i. I have a 34 D cup size and am 4'11 and 120 pounds. I don't think I'm really skinny, but I'm not fat either. Just be who you are, and love yourself. Exercise can give you confidence if you do it routinely. Good luck :)

Well the more important question is, do you feel you want to lose more weight? I don't think a size 10 could be considered fat by today's standards. At the end of the day, it's up to you, but please don't go overboard with the weight loss, maybe aim to reach around 120lb and you'll be a size 6-8. HTH : )

It doesnt sound it but I am not sure what those measurements are being in the uk - very skinny girls have size 6 - 8 and look like small children - size ten is slim and 12 is considered the same - so no it doesnt sound like you are fat just be happy and do some work outs to maintain it.

If you take a size 9/10 then you are not fat! I bet you have a lovely figure. Stop looking at these pathetic stick insects they call models and enjoy being a real feminine girl. Eat sensibly, watching your fat and sugar intakes and exercise regularly. Stay just as you are-you are great!

no, I know this because I am almost the same as you. I am athletic though, and I dance which helps strenghten me up. I also do situps and crunches at least three times a week. If you feel like you are fat do what I do. Try eating healthy food. You are proably very pretty and you need to feel confident the way you are. rememer, no guy will like you for the way you look. just be yourself.

133 is a bit much for your height, but then you're packing a whopper in your bra. 9/10 seems pretty normal for that height. I'd say you're OK, but the ultimate challenge is your mirror. Are you happy with what you see? If so, don't worry about it!

"It" is not a person. Anyway, in my opinion, you are "thick" not fat. But judging by the way you composed your question, you are probably young. If I were you, I would try to get my weight down to at least 120, because as you get older the more weight you will gain. And you do have a chance of becoming fat.

You might have water retention. Get some cranberry juice and dilute it well 1 part cranberry juice to 3 parts water. Drink large amounts of this and you will wash a lot of the sodium that's causing water retention.
